I am a 62-year-old, married for 25 years, and very active. I have recently retired and am looking forward to the next chapter of my life. The Results – My Progress
I have lost around 2 stone in twelve months and have been at my target weight for over six months. My weight fluctuates by a few pounds, but it hasn’t stopped me from eating what and when I want. I now go to the gym weekly, up to four times a week. I feel much more confident and happy when looking in a mirror. Occasionally, I felt a little nauseous, and sometimes had very loose bowel movements depending on what I ate, but on the whole, I have had no adverse reactions on the program.
Reflection – Looking Back
Being so much happier within myself, I would recommend the program to others. You need to stay focused on the program to get the right results. Following the pharmacist’s recommendations really helps—for example, I was advised to fast between 8 pm and 11 am.
